International orders (outside the US) may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.   Additional charges for customs clearance are not included as part of the shipping; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country.   Please contact your local customs office for further information. 

Return Policy: Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return "Overcoming Social Anxiety: Step by Step"  for a refund (less shipping and a 15% restocking fee of the full purchase price) if the package is unopened.  Every package leaves SAI shrink-wrapped for your protection.   Returns need prior authorization.   Please email us at  ordering AT social-anxiety-network.com   We will notify you via e-mail of the return authorization number and shipping instructions. 

Internet support site:  In addition to all the materials you will receive in the order, you will also be given access to a help and support site for the series on the internet.  You will receive a password and a User ID in your shipment.  There is a "guide" to the series on the internet, which most people find additionally helpful. 

This order will appear on your credit card statement as "SAI"

Shipping Policy:  Orders are processed and shipped via UPS each business day.   Orders received and processed by noon PST will ship the same business day.  Orders received and processed after noon PST will ship by the end of the following business day.
