Making Progress on New Therapy

To those of you who are interested, we are still making progress every week toward revising and re-writing the therapy series "Overcoming Social Anxiety: Step by Step".  New therapy, videos, songs, additional handouts will be incorporated into this major update.   Users of the current series will be able to fit right in with this new therapeutic approach.  We're not eliminating anything.  We're adding to the program and making it better.   The major problem with the online series is that there is no way to have a physically-present behavioral therapy group.

We've been hoping for the last twenty years that the psychological community would take this seriously, but no one else in the world seems to be running comprehensive cognitive-behavioral therapy groups for social anxiety.    (See the articles about why comprehensive CBT has been shown, repeatedly, in research to help people overcome social anxiety disorder.)

We will help in all the ways we can, but we obviously cannot produce comprehensive CBT groups everywhere throughout the world.  That is the job of your local therapist.
